Exhibitions are
held regularly at The Gifford Gallery,
27A Poronui St, Mt Eden.
The artwork is available for sale with 20% commission going to the Fellowship.
An Art Award Competition is held annually in The Gifford Gallery and is open to all members. At the exhibition opening an invited judge provides comments on award-winning artwork and presents the awards. Refreshments are provided at this social occasion.
The NZ Fellowship
of Artists provides a vibrant
and creative environment with an
opportunity to share in artistic activities
and social events.
Workshops and demonstrations by well-known artists take place each month and all are welcome to attend including visitors.
Informal painting groups meet weekly, on Tuesday and Thursday from 10 am to 12.00 pm and Wednesday evening from 7 pm to 9 pm. These painting groups are untutored and all mediums can be used including oil, acrylic, pastels, watercolour, drawing materials, printing and mixed media.
Membership is open to all including beginners and experienced artists.
The Artsletter, the Fellowship's newsletter, is published monthly with reviews, tips & techniques, coming events and art news.
